Journeying is a way to help you find answers and access inner wisdom through a meditative state, using the Buffalo Drum. In the second part of the class, Eve will explain and guide you on a Shamanic Journey. We will then practice dynamic and still yoga poses and breathwork to help you turn inward, release restless energy, and feel more grounded and present. At the start, you will be invited to the ritual of cleansing yourself with a smudge stick of white sage.
